Takl Rebate Terms and Conditions:
Offer good on Home or Apartment Cleaning Services completed through the Takl Platform between May 8, 9am EST (8am CST) - May 10, 2017, 9pm EST (8pm CST) (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion excludes Deep Cleaning, Build Your Own Job, and all other chore categories. Promotion also excludes the following markets: Houston, TX, Sacramento, CA, San Antonio, TX, San Diego, CA, San Fransisco, CA. Services completed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible for this offer. Completion date of Services eligible for this offer is determined by the Provider indicating “Chore Completed” within the Takl Platform. Please allow 72 hours from Takl’s receipt of your full payment for the applicable Services for processing of your Takl Rebate. The rebate amount shall equal 40% of the Job Fee for such Services and will be credited to the credit card used to pay for the applicable Services. Offer does not apply to (i) any out of pocket expenses that were published in connection with the Service; (ii) any out of pocket expenses for materials and related delivery fee, if any, as agreed to by you and your Provider through the Takl Platform; or (iii) any tip or gratuity provided by you to your Provider.
Takl reserves the right to request additional information regarding any claim for a Takl Rebate. False information disqualifies this claim, making it subject to review under U.S. law. Violators may be prosecuted. Only Services requested and completed through the Takl Platform by registered Users of the Takl App are valid. Takl employees and the members of the immediate families or households of such employees are not eligible to participate. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
