Field Operations Support Agent

Description:


As part of the Field Ops Support Team, you will help shape the experience of Takl’s growing community of customers. You will be providing assistance to customers and providers as jobs are being conducted in the field. You will be communicating with users by email, live chat, text message, and phone. You will be providing information to the business via reports.We are hiring full-time to help with the operation of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Takl users
  • Provide friendly, timely support to customers primarily, via email, text message, and live chat
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues
  • Complete logs and reports as required
  • Place calls to customers/providers as needed
  • Responsible for analyzing data and making suggestions
  • Make recommendations for process improvements based on requests and bugs reported by customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Flexible schedule, willing to work off hours and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • 1 year experience in customer service or call center is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts in an ever changing environment
  • Passion for quality assurance and creating great customer experiences
  • Must have computer skills and knowledge of basic telephone technology
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve difficult situations

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$17.00/hour
